Off Campus Requests
New for 2025-2026!!
Eligible JUNIORS AND SENIORS may submit a request form to utilize off-campus when they meet certain criteria. Freshmen and sophomores are not eligible for off-campus requests.
The three scenarios where off-campus requests are needed are:
- Off-Campus Study Hall Period 1 or Period 7
- College In School (CIS) Non-Class Days
- Online Courses

Eligibility Criteria:
- Off Campus Study Hall:
- Be a Junior or Senior
- Have a First Hour or Seventh Hour Study hall
- Have a Minimum GPA of 3.0 or Higher in the Previous Quarter
- Maintain all Passing Grades
- Approved Parent Permission Form on File
- College In School (CIS) Non-Class Days
- Be a Junior or Senior
- Non-Class Days Only- Most Commonly Tuesday & Thursday
- Minimum Current Grade of “C” or above in the course
- Maintain Minimum Grade Requirement
- Approved Parent Permission Form on File
- Online Courses
- Be a Junior or Senior
- Have a First Hour or Seventh Hour Online Course
- Have a Minimum GPA of 3.0 or Higher in the Previous Quarter
- Maintain all Passing Grades
- Approved Parent Permission Form on File
DISCLAIMERS & FAQ:
- Students w/ approved off-campus requests are expected to be OFF CAMPUS during the approved hours.
- Due to safety reasons we cannot approve students to stay on campus when they are expected to be gone. In essence, signing the form means signing the student out every applicable day.
- Students must remain in good standing for attendance (under 10) and disciplinary requirements.
- If a student needs to stay for a day to work with a teacher, they must notify the office.
- Passes will be revoked if student fails to maintain eligibility criteria. CIS grades are checked regularly by the instructor. Online/Study Hall grades are checked at mid-quarter.
- Students must remain ON CAMPUS as assigned until their form is processed, approved, and the schedule change is reflected in PowerSchool.
- A new form must be filled out each semester.
- Emailed forms will only be accepted when received directly from a parent/guardian email address.
- Any special permissions or policy exceptions will need to be approved by administration.
